Our Mission
Our primary purpose is to support women in their recovery from alcohol and drug addiction so that they can build a strong foundation for lasting sobriety.
We are a faith-based sober house that meets you where you’re at. It doesn't matter where you're at on your faith journey, you will be welcomed with open arms and no pressure.
Our Approach
We believe in the power of community and fellowship with other women who are on the same journey as you. Experience has shown that people who get, and stay, sober do a few simple things: attend meetings, work the steps with a sponsor, hang out with other sober people, and get involved in being of service to others. These are the basic principles of recovery.
We provide a safe, clean, comfortable environment where you can work on your recovery and learn new habits so you can start a new life free from alcohol and drugs.
We encourage independent living in a community setting where you will be surrounded by other women who are on a similar path while you create your own path forward.
What You Can Expect
We believe that accountability, creating new habits, and learning life skills are important for long-term recovery. To help you with that, we have mandatory requirements and optional programming.
Residents are required to:
- Attend 3 meetings/week. These can include AA or NA meetings, other recovery meetings, church, or Bible study.
- Attend the weekly house meeting (counts as one of the three mandatory meetings).
- Work, volunteer, or attend school 20 hours/week after 30 days of sobriety if attending IOP.
- Work or attend school full-time if not in treatment.
- Participate in house upkeep.
- Adhere to all house policies.
We offer a variety of in-house programming and encourage residents to participate in activiites offered at the house:
- Life Skills classes - finances, resume writing, professional skills, cooking, plus many more
- Game night
- Movie night
- Bible study
- Morning coffee and devotional
